Shipping policy

The safety of our customers and business partners remains our top priority. Due to carrier restrictions put in place as a result of COVID-19, some areas may experience delays in transit and delivery.

This delay is affecting only some orders but be aware it could last up to 10 business days depending on the shipping method and destination.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this time.

Delivery/Shipping times below do not include delays

Most orders ship within 2 or 3 days. However, in peak seasons, shipments can take up to 5 business days. Once the order has been shipped you will be sent a tracking code to the email you entered at purchase with which you can use to track your order.

Shipping is charged at checkout unless otherwise stated and is non-refundable. Please review the rates before completing your purchase. 

Order Fulfillment

We ship daily, Monday through Friday, 52 weeks a year except for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Occasionally orders may not ship the 'next-day' due to stock issues, lacking order information, or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturday will ship the following Monday or next open business day. Orders sent to undeliverable addresses are not our responsibility. Although we will try to work with you it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Reach out immediately if you have an address correction or issue. Email orders@brushwiththebest.com for corrections. 

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping is $4.99 on all domestic orders. International orders are charged $14.99. 

SHIPPING DELAYS

Brush With The Best is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product unavailability, custom checks, or any circumstance outside of our control. Although we make every effort to correct shipping issues if they arise it is your responsibility to check your delivery address before completing your order. In some circumstances, your order may be undeliverable due to issues outside of our control. We will make every effort to contact you to correct the issue and deliver your product/s but in the event, you do not receive your order please email orders@brushwiththebest.com as soon as possible.  

International Shipping

We have received and fulfilled orders from many countries across the world.  We are not liable for any customs fees that your country may impose on products purchased, this must be handled by the purchaser.
